You’re gonna love our Valentine’s Day specials!
One of our favorite traditions at Blue Wolf Tavern is treating that special someone to a romantic evening on Valentine’s Day. It’s such a joy for us to see the different couples come through our restaurant.
From the young couples enjoying their first Valentine’s dinner together, to the ones who’ve got a few more miles behind them but haven’t lost that spark. We’ve had people celebrate milestone anniversaries in our dining room, and we’ve even had one or two proposals!
And this year, our Valentine’s Day dinner game is strong! We’ve loaded up our features menu with a selection of elegant dishes that are sure to please.
~ Appetizer ~
Tavern Lobster Bisque – Delicious Maine lobster claw in a creamy broth of French cognac, herbs and crème fraîche.
~ Entrée ~
Pan-Roasted Chilean Sea Bass – Fresh South Pacific Chilean sea bass served with grilled mango salsa, quinoa pilaf, and a lemon aioli.
Honey Balsamic Rack of Lamb – Our New Zealand spring lamb is oven roasted to perfection and served with sweet potato duchesse, dried cherries, and a white balsamic honey glaze.
Veal Parmesan Portobello – Tender, flavorful veal medallions cooked to a crispy, golden brown and served with parmesan and provolone cheeses, spaghetti, red sauce, and portobello mushrooms.
Walleye Francaise – Fresh from the Great Lakes region, our walleye filet is egg battered and sautéed with California sherry and garlic, and served with a delicate lemon butter sauce.
Twin Lobster Tails – From the cold waters of Maine to your dinner plate, our lobster tails are oven broiled to perfection and served with fresh lemon and drawn butter.
