Our Story
Blue Wolf Tavern first opened in Struthers, Ohio, in 2001 and quickly became a favorite dining destination throughout Youngstown and the Mahoning Valley. As its reputation grew, the restaurant expanded and relocated in 2004 to its current home on Boardman-Canfield Road in Boardman, Ohio.
Inspired by a striking image of a wolf illuminated against a glowing forest, the restaurant’s name and atmosphere were born from a vision of warmth, strength, and natural beauty. Today, that vision lives on through a cozy, northern woods-inspired setting paired with a commitment to high-quality, scratch-made cuisine.
